Sovun Assistant is built and operated by Sovun Technologies, a Maine company that designs and installs commercial camera systems, structured cabling, networks, and point-of-sale systems for businesses across the state. We spend our days on job sites and in back offices — which is exactly why Sovun Assistant exists.
We built it because we lived the problem: leads that came in while we were up a ladder, estimates written at the kitchen table at 10 p.m., follow-ups that slipped, and paperwork that never ended. The AI tools we tried either did too little (chatbots) or too much (auto-senders we couldn't trust with our name). So we built the version we actually wanted: an assistant that does the office work and then waits for approval.
